The concept of our Gourmet Pizza is pleased to discern all the Italian excellence expression of the best artisanal ingredients, proudly selected after a dedicated research all over the Italian regions.

The menu will include some highlights as the Culatello Pizza, Truffle Mortadella Pizza, Italian Fassone Beef Carpaccio and Sea Urchin.

Also to add to the pizza menu, Chef Luca Appino created dishes cooked also in the wood oven as Mediterranean Seabass en Papilotte, Tomates Farcies (Traditional recipe from Marseille) and also pastas as Liguine Clams, as well as a selection of Antipasti Appetizers (such as Baby Squids Bouillabaisse and Ratatouille & Stracciatella).

This collaboration between French restaurateur Frederic Meyer (Issaya Siamese Club and Namsaah) and Italian chef Luca Apino (La Bottega di Luca) takes an Italy-meets-France approach to pizzas. Pumped out of two massive ovens from Italy, the pizzas here are delicate and refined affairs that often bear extravagant toppings, To that end, try the Mortadella truffle option with organic tomato sauce, fior di latte mozzarella and black truffle sauce.

The buzz: Thonglor has a new gold standard for good pizzas, and it isn’t even on Thonglor. Massilia “mark 2” takes over where Smith left off at the top of Soi 49 with its Italy-meets-France approach to pizzas, along with a side order of Provencal small plates.

Located in a back alley off Ekkamai, the French-owned Delices de Capoue serves only pizzas made using 72-hour raised dough. Heard that before? That’s because Delice de Capoue is aiming its billowy-crusted pies at the same pizza-snooty audience as local heavyweights like Peppina and Massilia.

Go for the traditional, wood-fired margherita (B350, 13 inches) for its classic mix of tomato sauce, mozzarella, and Italian basil, or indulge in the house-named Delices de Capoue (B630), whose layers of fresh cream, mozzarella, rocket, cherry tomatoes, pesto and ham won the praise of local Michelin-studded chef Jason Bailey (Paste).

There’s a modest dining space for you to eat in, but they also offer neighbourhood delivery.
