Open since 2011 Devilish Chews + Brews ... As the name suggests serves dishes that are simply devilish, with robust earthy and smokey flavours influenced by the barbecue. Signatures include our American Low + Slow BBQ with Pork Ribs, Brisket and Pulled Pork, amongst our Australian Pub Grub highlights that include Parmigiana, Pasta, Fish+Chips, Burgers and Pies. Quality imported meats, fresh ingredients and following the "Slow" concept, we make dishes on order using house sauces, marinades and rubs. Breads and small goods are from local artisan suppliers. Accompanied by matching Australian wines, classic US draught beer and craft beers. Devilish Pies serves an Aussie and British Pies, Pasties or Sausage Rolls - all made by hand in house using Australian butter, imported meats and quality ingredients. Devilish Chooks is a new outlet offering Rotisserie Chicken cooked in the own juices over charcoal. Devilish has received "Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence" in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
